Personal or organizational strategy creation is dependent upon two systems: Franklin Covey's responsibility driven strategy and Peter Senge's principles of the learning organization. These are taught and used in all my classes as a basis of specific functional learning. Organization structure and changing organizational paradigms are important parts of all my strategy classes. To gain a better understanding of learning or its lack, you might first want to read about stupidity and its manifestations.
